We have contracted First Service Residential (FSR) to manage the Green City Lofts complex. Maintenance, move-in, registration, assessment payment, and all other operational matters are handled by FSR. They, in turn, subcontract some functions, e.g. landscaping, to other vendors.

Board of Directors
Green City Lofts has a five-seat board where each member is serving a 2- or 3-year term. Elections are held when a member’s term is concluding, and there is interest from others in filling it.
Board members serve on a volunteer basis. Help with issues should be routed to FSR management. Questions and comments related to GCL life can be brought to the open session of the HOA meetings that are held online.
