HOW TO REPORT ISSUES
If you see a problem, you can report it directly to our property management company.
Via Phone:
Here's how to report an urgent problem to the management outside of normal business hours.
Call the regular First Service number, 925.701.3380, then choose 1 at the prompt for the emergency line.
Report the problem. They'll take your contact info and call you back once they have taken action. If they tell you to call back during normal business hours, impress on them that it's an emergency.
Via Email:
We have an assigned person at First Service. Currently that is Michelle Ferriera (Michelle.Ferriera@fsresidential.com). You can copy me (Elizabeth) as well if on the email and I can second your service request.
Via Online Platform
On the First Service Portal under the “important links” section, bottom right hand corner. Click "Contact us" will bring you to a screen where you can submit a request.
