Hello, neighbors! To help clarify where to find information and stay connected, here’s a breakdown of the different communication platforms we use in our community:

FSR – Management Company Platform
This is our official communication channel for all HOA matters. It’s where you should go for formal concerns, service requests, and any important updates directly from the management company.
GCL Informal Website
This site is managed by community members and is a great spot to share and find important information and updates. While it’s not an official platform, it serves as a representative and reliable resource for sharing HOA-related info.

Facebook Group
While this page is a wonderful space for quickly connecting with neighbors—whether you need someone to pick up your mail, have something to share, or just want to give a shout-out—it is not an official platform for HOA matters. Please keep in mind that board members cannot interact in an official capacity here.
